Regional Sales Manager - $90-100K – Heavy
Equipment/Machinery Mfg - Directly manage major accounts as well as set
Strategic Direction and Sales Goals for territory which includes half of North
America. Supervise four Sales Reps located in region. Market and sell
equipment, services, parts and rental equipment. Assist engineering, internal
sales and management with customers to help set strategic direction. Explore
territory for new business opportunities. Develop a Regional Strategic Plan for
Sales, Services and Marketing. Manage and forecast budget.


degree, Prefer Engineering/Technical degree -
experienced Regional Sales Manager who has sold machinery products and
services. Should have some leadership experience ...will manage up to four
Sales Reps responsible for half of North American sales. Must be capable of
technical troubleshooting, developing relationships with engineers and
facilities customers. Prefer product experience in machinery sold to
agricultural, construction, specialty machining or transportation industries.
