Job Description

Senior Marketing Manager - $100K + 12% Bonus -  CPG Manufacturing - BS required, MBA a plus - 5+ years marketing management experience in a consumer packaged goods (CPG) company; *Must have experience with mass retailers, retail Clubs (WalMart, Walgreens, RiteAid, Sams, Costco, BJs, Trader Joes, etc.); - Strengths in and the ability to focus on consumer insights; *Knowledge, understanding, or experience with IRI and AC Nielsen Data; *Experience in Branding and New Product strategies; *Proven experience developing and evaluating marketing programs and concepts; *Proven business analysis, critical thinking and decision making skills; *Proven Product Management and Business skills;

*Planning and developing marketing programs and concepts; *Supporting the new product development by participating in/leading teams through evaluations, prototype creating, consumer testing, manufacturing feasibility, package development and design, financial analysis, and product launch; *Evaluating customer complaints and recommending new features, products and programs; *Evaluating competitive products, emerging technologies, etc.; *Directing and prioritizing Research and Development activity; *Interfacing with Manufacturing and Engineering; *Assisting Sales with new product introductions; *Assisting with product discontinuation and exit strategy, pricing and pro forma financial analysis, marketing research, package development, sales promotion materials, etc.
