Job Description

The Customer Care Representative is the first impression of our company and we are looking for ideal candidates take ownership, follow up and resolve conflicts ensuring customer satisfaction.  The top priority every day is customer satisfaction and connecting with our customers.

* Place orders for customers and assist where needed with clarification of products and/or process (shipping, prescriptions). Make recommendations according to customer’s needs on features, accessories, products and services.

* Answer customer requests and inquiries concerning order and billing status, and products.

* Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services and promotions

‘Up sell’ new and existing customers on the Pet360 and PetFoodDirect autoship program.

Qualifications

Able to demonstrate superior listening skills and exhibit patience, express empathy and concern for our customers.

Strong communication skills including clear coherent verbal aptitude and excellent written competence. 

Problem solving and the ability to research issues using computer applications and dual monitor system.

Familiar with MicroSoft Office and ability to navigate through multiple applications.

Communicate to management process, policy, website and product feeback provided by by customers.

Comfortable in a fast paced, growth environment.

Strong work ethic, reliable attendance history and team player mentality

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent, some college preferred.

Availability to work a flexible schedule which includes all hours of the call center operation

Strong computer, internet search skills

2 Years customer service work experience and /or experience in an inbound call center strongly preferred

Additional Information

  • Hourly rate $10.00
  • Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend or holiday hours
  • Mandatory overtime may be required
  • Queue Monitoring
