Job Description

Summary


Scope of Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:


Accounts Payable/Inventory Control –


o Enter Receipt of Invoice for inventory purchases into system

o Reconcile variances between Purchase Order, Receiving information and Vendor Invoice

o Notify Vendors of billing discrepancies and chargebacks

o Research vendor issues and respond in timely manner

o Ensure that all documentation is maintained properly

o Communicate with vendors, buyers and accounting as necessary

o Process adjustments to inventory in accordance with management directives

o Process vendor returns in system and communicate with vendors and warehouse


Other Responsibilities –


o As assigned by supervisor or management 


Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS -  


Minimum of 2 years experience processing Accounts Payable and Inventory transactions

Minimum intermediate level Excel skills

Detail oriented, highly organized

Adept at multi-tasking

Excellent people and communication skills

NetSuite experience a plus, salary commensurate on experience
