Job Description
Accounts Payable – for 4 Corporations
o Processing invoices for operating expenses, reviewing, coding, and obtaining proper approvals before vouchering invoices into Accounts Payable System
o Assist in weekly check processing
o Vendor setup in NetSuite system
o Reconcile Vendor Statements and address issues
o Research vendor issues and respond in timely manner
o Vendor correspondence as necessary
o Assist with 1099 information gathering (W-9)and year end processing
o File AP vouchers and keeping AP files organized
o Assisting other staff associates in projects
o Assist in month end close
o Issue Journal entries if needed
o Cross trained and backup for other accounting functions

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience and knowledge of Accounting processes and practices
Previous Accounts Payable experience
Detail oriented, highly organized and dependable
Excellent people and communication skills
