Job Description

PhillyTech Part-Time IT Recruiter - If you are already working and want to supplement your income this could be the perfect job opportunity for you.

  • Work a few hours a week or up to 21 hours per week. You choose the schedule that works best for you based on your situation.
  • You MUST have technical experience and / or working knowledge of the verbiage involved with application development or application engineering; preferably in front-end or backend development (ie. HTML, JavaScript, Java, .NET, PHP, AngularJS, Python)
  • On the Job IT Recruiter training will be supplied, however prior IT Staffing & Recruiting experience would be a real plus. You will be using tools including Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
  • Compensation Overview - Options are hourly, hourly plus commission or commission only.

Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial, self starter and ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using social media tools including LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
  • Proficiency in using Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Superior verbal and communication skills.
