Job Description

PhoneAxiom Express Device Repair is in need of a highly qualified, experienced manager to work alongside a great team to manage all aspects of a business including customer interaction, repair process, ordering products and supplies, making bank deposits and other managerial tasks. The right candidate should also be able to oversee others with positivity.

Mandatory Functions:

Manage others and ensure that our repair process is maintained to the utmost standards

Maintain excellent customer satisfaction at all times

Identify potential areas for improvement of internal processes and procedures

Procure and maintain corporate accounts

Prepare payroll, make daily bank deposits

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Provide Perfect Customer Service.

Experience using precision tools and technology is a PLUS, but not required.

Effective communication skills.

Able to pick up on new processes quickly and execute with little direction/adapt quickly.

Good computer skills.

Able to stand for extended periods of time.

Should be very positive, bubband outgoing in demeanor.

Qualifications

Prior management experience is REQUIRED.
