Through a deeply collaborative relationship, we create sustainable value for organizations, ultimately helping them deliver products and services that improve clients’ lives.       PRINCIPAL DUTIES:                  Inspects Building Systems and competitive equipment product lines, fire alarm equipment, mass notification equipment, and all other assigned systems.           Instructs other inspectors on the correct way to complete Service Acknowledgments with proper coding through communicative devices, such as laptop computer and/or hardcopy.  Obtains customer signature upon completion of assigned calls.           Trains other less senior inspectors on how to follow and maintain a highly structured inspection schedule.           Trains other less senior inspectors on all JCI Building Systems and competitive equipment product lines, fire alarm equipment, mass notificaton equipment, and all other assigned systems.           Effectively communicates and resolves issues while complying with organizational standards and practices.           Makes minor repairs and programming changes while under authorized supervision.           Responsible for meeting customer expectations while performing quality inspections.           Trains less senior inspectors to / and inputs, retrieves and archives inspection documentation via laptop computer.  Makes minor repairs and programming changes while under direct, authorized supervision.           Presents and sells additional Preventative Maintenance services, equipment, peripheral devices, and provides sales leads where appropriate.           Trains less senior inspectors to / and properly completes all reports, such as, mileage and monthly vehicle reports, as well as, the maintaining of adequate inventory levels within assigned inspection vehicles in like new condition.           Perform other duties as directed.           Carries and moves equipment and tools weighing up to 40 pounds.  Works in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces above ceilings, etc.             Adheres to and follows safety guidelines and policies at all times.               Qualifications                          High school diploma required.            At least (2) Two years of directly related experience           Must be proficient in the use of personal computers to include Windows, test equipment (i.e. multimeters, battery analyzers, decibel meters) and communicating devices.            Must have a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company requirements.            Must obtain and retain any licenses that are required by National, State and local codes.           Demonstrated ability to train others, excellent communications skills, and uses tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers.                            We invest deeply in every client engagement, applying our analytical, entrepreneurial, collaborative and results-oriented approach to help our clients improve their effectiveness and grow their business.  Data and analysis are the foundation of our work; our methods are highly rigorous and quantitative.
