We share best practices through bi-weekly Firm meetings as well as online knowledge management platforms.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Role and Responsibilities:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      This position is part of our client services team and will work with prospects and existing customers on sales opportunities and client implementation projects.  This position will be responsible for gathering and converting business requirements into solution proposals and implementation project requirements.  This position is remote based.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             Conduct internal and external prospect and client interviews to gather business requirements and convert these to documents for consumption by our implementation and/or development teams                                                                                                                                                                                                       Become knowledgeable on the Lumeris offerings and assist in formulating and documenting solutions for prospects prior to the sale and during implementation projects as well as for existing clients as opportunities are identified                                                                                                                                                                                                       Participate in client projects to assist in the implementation of business requirements including involvement in requirements management and traceability                                                                                                                                                                                                       Define methods and procedures for improving current processes and implementation timeframes                                                                                                                                                                                                       Review manual and automated processes periodically to identify improvement opportunities                                                                                                                                                                                                       Perform project management responsibilities on an as-needed basis                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Experience - Qualifications - and Education:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          At least one (1) to five (5) years of experience working as a Business Analyst                                                                                                                                                                                                       Extensive experience gathering and documenting business requirements; experience within a waterfall project delivery method preferred                                                                                                                                                                                                       Experience working within a customer organization leveraging strong interpersonal skills to enable interaction with and gathering requirements from various business areas                                                                                                                                                                                                       Strong workflow analysis skills and the ability to identify customer needs, analyze them against available solutions, and identify gaps                                                                                                                                                                                                       Strong oral and written communication skills including the ability to write reports, proposals, business specifications, user stories, use cases, procedures, and correspondence                                                                                                                                                                                                       Ability to work independently and in team environments to meet deadlines and produce quality results                                                                                                                                                                                                       Able to travel up to 50% as needed                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               Enjoy openness and transparency...Collaboration, transparency, and accountability are cornerstones of how we interact as a Firm and with our clients.
