Job Description
This position is responsible for supporting our customers utilizing the Pinnacle Cart application. Insures overall customer satisfaction with our service by providing technical assistance and training to Pinnacle Cart customers. The ideal candidate will be an excellent conversationalist to aid in establishing repoire. Successful candidates will be customer service focused with ability to spot sales opportunities while engaging in day to day interface with customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Implement, train, support our customers surrounding features of their eCommerce site and hosting environment (with the SA team)
• Answers in-bound support call and make out-bound customer follow up calls.
• Configures the environment, databases, security and areas of the Pinnacle Cart application as required.
• Loads specified and paid for software packages onto our hosting environment or customer's hosting environment to support the initial sale.
• Respond to and create trouble tickets to all customer issues.
• Create tasks to follow-up and insure client satisfaction.
• Manages their own day-to-day progress of projects.
• Communicates progress or completion to sales, client, or others.
• Escalates issues to Level 2 as needed to resolve customer issues, while staying involved as a customer advocate.
• Coordinates activities with network services or other information systems groups.
• Maintain and uphold the "Excellence" program for customers internal and external.
• May be required to participate in key sales situations for the project or overall product sale, to identify scope of work and development requirements to implement packages.

    To perform this job successfully, an individual should have specific knowledge of LINUX, FTP, DNS, SSH, Zend/IONcube encoders, APACHE, SSL, Plesk, CPanel, MySql, Must have a general knowledge of Accounting software; Contact Management systems; Database software; Design software; Development software; Internet software; Inventory software; Manufacturing software; Order Processing systems; Project Management software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software
    Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

    Additional Information

    $25,480 / Annual, with review after 90 days eligible up to $35,360

    Position is eligible for commision and incentives
