Honestly, we’re always hiring.  We’ve been growing since we started and that requires a constant stream of really talented people across the experience spectrum—and we’ve been fortunate to be able to retain that talent year over year.  This year we’re growing even faster and we need to bring in some experienced, talented project managers into a few of our established projects.  It’s a great team and one that you’ll want you to be a part of.

What we want are very smart, hungry project managers who are excited to expand their knowledge base.  People who are brazen enough to work with brand new technologies, shake off old ideas, and really contribute not just by making sure milestones are hit and communications pushed out, but also to participate in the vision—we’re a close team here and all the voices matter.

Right now we’re looking to bring on a project manager to help drive a non-profit launch of Office 365 across Microsoft, focusing on managing the launch across numerous teams.  This role will work with the vendor team to understand and document the operating model as it is today (in pilot mode), identify the project plan to get it to launch and how the team will plug in vendors for eligibility and general order fulfillment. We will launch in 2 countries, but move to almost 100 countries as fast as we can get ready, so be ready to handle a fast pace!


We're looking for the smartest, hardest working people we can possibly find rather than someone who only fits the static qualifications listed here.  But, with that said, here are some of the skills we are on the lookout for. Great documentation is key – especially of project requirements, commitments and timelines. Managing expectations with project stakeholders and tracking these closely while working with our dev team is job #1. Complete, detailed and clear meeting notes, status reporting, project plans, and meeting management is the path to get you there. You’ll need to be able to understand the conversation, so here are the technologies our developers work with: JavaScript, C#, Azure Cloud, T-SQL and some HTML5.  If you’re familiar with those and think you can translate to folks who aren’t, you might be perfect.  We do have a strong preference for someone with previous Microsoft experience, but if you’ve worked at another large corporation, as either an FTE or consultant, or you have your MBA or PMI, don’t count yourself out. The important thing is that you are comfortable assuming top level accountability for a project with the client and driving the process to get us there.

You will need:

  • Excellent project and program management skills
  • Strong ability to collaborate and keep processes flowing
  • Ability to document system integration elements
  • Previous experience consulting at Microsoft is always a plus.
