Demonstrates knowledge of the concept of hemodialysis, uremia and dialysis complications, and the specialized needs of the patient.

Is proficient at initiation of hemodialysis and monitoring of the patient during the procedure.
Communicates patient condition changes to RN/Physician,
Transcribes orders, and
Follows dialysis prescription for each patient.
Administers intradialytic medications per prescription/protocol.

Status: Full Time

Schedule: Shifts are 10-12 hours with 3 to 4 Saturday shifts every 6 weeks. This is a day shift position.

Weekend: 3 to 4 Saturday shifts every 6 weeks.

Qualifications: Must have HS diploma/GED and experience in Dialysis is preferred.
