     Positive Solutions Behavior Group is seeking highly motivated individuals with strong interpersonal skills to fill our Community Outreach position. We currently provide ABA therapy to individuals in their homes, schools, and community in Indiana, Greater Cincinnati, and Greater Dayton areas. Clinical services are provided in our Beavercreek, OH clinic. Our mission is to promote personal growth and community integration for individuals with autism and developmental needs through evidence based research utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Job Description

      Successful candidates will have strong repertoires in the following areas; verbal behavior instruction, functional assessment, problem behavior reduction, and staff/caregiver training in homes, schools, and the community. Candidates must be able to work evening and some weekend hours.


Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans.

  • Implementation of assessment goals, behavior plans, and ongoing monitoring of progress within each child’s program.
  • Interface with caregivers and other professionals communicating the rationale of behavioral intervention in general and how the program designed for a specific child is resulting in significant change.
  • Training caregivers/staff on positive behavioral strategies in the home, school, or community.
  • Collaboration with team members including clinical team for children who receive home and clinical services.


Qualifications

Qualified candidates will possess:

  • BCBA with current certification and state licensure
  • Previous experience working in a reputable clinic, home, or school program is highly desirable.
  • Must have a strong background in setting up language programs to facilitate the acquisition of communication skills.
  • Consultants should be able to work with children who range from high functioning to low functioning ASD and be able to develop and supervise the implementation of programs in the home, school, and community environments.
  • Motivated, excellent work ethic, high degree of quality work.
  • Able to work independently and as a team member in a growing company including one that is building structure and process as it goes along.
