Premier Laser Spa is a fast growing laser and aesthetics business with clinics located throughout the East Coast and Midwest.  Our current growth plan calls for adding one new clinic location every month. We expect aggressive growth to realize our vision “To be the best aesthetics provider in the world.”  As part of this growth, we’re now hiring a Part Time Receptionist for our location in Kansas City, MO.

As a Receptionist, you’ll be the front line for your spa, ensuring its success and growth.  As the first impression for the spa, you must demonstrate the values, ethic, and standards that define Premier Laser Spa of Kansas City.

What you’re responsible for:

• Having a bright and welcoming personality, as you’ll often be greeting clients into the spa
• Impeccable communication skills, as you’ll be answering incoming calls, emails and other communication
• Multitasking, as you’ll take care of our clients, but also assist the Spa Manager with projects and tasks
• Maintaining a customer service-oriented attitude at all times

• The flexibility to work Tuesdays and Thursdays (9:45am - closing...typically 7pm, sometimes, later) and Saturdays (8:45am - closing...typically 1pm or after). 
• Experience working in a customer-facing position, such as in retail or hospitality
• Strong computer skills, as you’ll be using Excel and other computer applications regularly
• A desire to increase sales and upsell clients on Premier’s services – you will earn bonuses for your efforts!
• Prefer someone who may have flexibility to move to full-time position potentially, at a later day
• Prefer esthetician who is interested in learning in the possibility of performing laser hair removal potentially
