This is an analyst position within the Microstrategy Team and will be responsible for providing optimal MicroStrategy design for various environments. At a high level, this includes Microstrategy application design, guiding the Microstrategy Developers, and ensuring optimized performance. Developing a good understanding of the business and being able to apply new features and optimal design that results in added strategic value to our business is also critical for this position. 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for assisting in establishment of standards 
• Guide MicroStrategy Developers to ensure standards are met 
  
• Work with the application development teams throughout the development life cycle 
  
• Evaluate technologies, features, and products 
  
• Lead or participate in Proof-of-Concept projects 
  
• Stay current with emerging industry trends 
  

Minimum Requirements: 

• 4+ years of experience in the field of Data warehousing 
  
• 4+ years of experience with Microstrategy Analysis, Schema, and Development 
  
• Advanced experience developing reports, dashboards, in Microstrategy version
  
• Advanced SQL coding skills 
  
• Solid understanding of Data Modeling concepts 
  
• Technical team management experience including team members 
  
• Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills
