HUD Customer Service Representative

Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support HUD Call Center. This position is either 11:00AM - 7:30PM or 11:45AM - 8:15PM. Potential candidates MUST be able to pass a standard background and CREDIT check.
Qualifications
- 3 years of residential mortgage finance experience.
- 2 years of college or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of customer service experience or contact/call center experience
- Experience with residential mortgage loan origination experience strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- Ability to effectively navigate a computer Customer Relationship Management application, related websites and support tools
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Ability to manage time effectively

- Pay Rate: Up to $15.75/hr (Depends on Experience)
Work Shift: 11am – 7:30pm OR 11:45am – 8:15pm (There is a 2wk full time training period as well, Mon – Fri, 8:30am-5pm)
