Job Description

Major regional New Hampshire employer is seeking to hire a Key Strategic Human Resources Manager at regional corporate office location.


The HR Manager will be responsible for tactical areas of HR supporting 200 associates including field and executive staff in the areas of employment, compensation, HRIS, payroll review and benefits;


Will also lead the strategic areas of employee relations, workforce management and postive workplace culture.


Highly visible role and requires leadership qualities.

Qualifications

BS / BA

Min. 5 years exp in HR

Min. 2 years in leadership position.
