Wheeler's Chevrolet GMC has an immediate opening for a talented Representatives who are not afraid of the phone! You will primarily make outbound and receive inbound calls to current, previous and prospective customers to schedule sales appointments. Automotive experience is helpful, but is NOT a requirement. Paid training and ongoing support provided! 

Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Outbound lead follow-up: Internet inquiries, Un-sold traffic, lease renewals, etc. (80%)
  • Answer ALL incoming phone calls according to a proven, pre-set script, and schedule sales appointments (20%)
  • Confirm appointments and re-schedule missed appointments
  • Purify and update customer changes in database.
  • Contact current customer base on current marketing incentives


Qualifications

  • Pleasant, engaging and professional phone manner
  • Call Center/collections/customer service and/or marketing experience preferred
  • Team player, positive attitude!
  • Strong PC and internet skills
  • No outbound phone call reluctance
  • Willing to learn and driven to achieve

Full-time hours must be able to work rotating shifts and alternating Saturday's

Compensation: Hourly wage + bonus structure
