We don’t do projects and custom development so the sales process and cycle is very clear and well established. With our Managed Website Program a SME has a very small cash outlay to get started, and for a low monthly subscription gets everything from building a mobile-ready website to hosting to updates to support to their online performance dashboard. We do the work for them soup-to-nuts; we're not a DIY service. We're an extension of their team. SMEs love this.
We have grown since 2008 mostly via word of mouth and a some marketing. For some time we've been considering how to build a sales team - so many small businesses want a bit of in-person touch to close the deal. Job Description
You will be working directly with our clients, mostly US & Canada, managing updates to their websites via our support desk, live chat and phone. This requires the ability to read carefully and review client requests in English and work with the team to complete the projects.
We don't provide call-in phone support however as soon as we feel a client is frustrated, confused or off-track we offer to schedule a call and talk. You'll be expected to call when need and be adept at listening and resolving their issues. We want our customers happy - your job is to make them happy.
You must take pride in communicating and delighting our clients. We are fanatically focused on client satisfaction; and as a front-line position you bear a broad responsibility to ensure that our clients have an extraordinary service experience that builds strong relationships.
We are currently in the process of migrating our 1,000 clients over to a new WordPress platform we've built that allows us to create beautiful, amazing websites. You will be responsible for the communication and overall web production as we make this transition
Qualifications
Fluent English proficiency with excellent speaking, writing and communications skills
A keen eye for detail and quality. You’ll have the the final responsibility for quality control
At least basic technical skills in HTML, CSS, Javascript, Photoshop, and Wordpress
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong desire get things done
A desire to keep learning new tools and trends in websites and online marketing
A team player who knows how to work with a cross-cultural team
Education: Undergraduate degree required
Experience: 2 years minimum experience in similar roles in web production or customer services roles
We provide Work Permits & Visas for our expat team members
Additional Information
This is a full-time position in our Bangkok office, 5 nights a week in our office is required.
Remote workers or freelancers will not be considered.
Working Hours: 8pm-5am
