Job Description

We are looking for an HR officer to handle a variety of duties which include recruitment, training and development, employee counseling, staff welfare and administration-centered activities.


  • Preparing documents for new hire (Staff’s information, company application, SSO, BUPA and preparing access card)

  • Arranging interviews and other meetings with candidates

  • Preparing orientation, probation management and preparing name cards after passing probation

  • Supporting staff for BambooHR application about time leave record, checking and advising,

  • Contacting, updating data and crossed check BUPA, SSO, BambooHR, SI,

  • Updating allowance budget & reimbursement

  • Preparing slides for monthly meeting

  • Handling applications in applying for Visa, WP, BOI, as well as the check in process

  • Handling other assignments as per assigned by superior

Qualifications

  • Thai Nationality

  • Bachelor in HR or Business Administration or other related subject

  • 1-2 years experience in Employee Relation / Human Resource function

  • Good communication, interpersonal, presentation skills, responsible and results oriented

  • Positive, can do attitude, creative and strong service mind

  • Good accountability with perform duties of a sensitive and confidential concerned

  • Knowledge of Thai Labor Law / Social Security Law / BOI would be highly plus

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
