Job Title:  Copywriter

Team:  Brand and Marketing

Reports to:  Brand and Marketing Team Leader

In this role, you will help communicate and shape all of our product and brand experiences and be responsible for creating compelling and engaging copy with the prime objective of building synergy between brand voice and product experience. ​The successful candidate will have a diverse portfolio of consumer and business focused work, across multiple channels and media with experience of managing multiple stakeholders.  But it doesn't end there.  Here's a summary of this great opportunity:


Job Description

  • Drive product and brand communications for Patients, Healthcare Professionals and Healthcare Systems
  • Shape and develop tone of voice across a range of touch points for different audiences; from our Patient App and instructional materials through to B2B communications and website
  • Create, maintain and evolve copy as well as help with our overall content strategy (lexicon, nomenclature and taxonomy) across our customer touch points
  • Be familiar with regulated environments and quality processes
  • Work with multiple teams to assist in content generation and ideation
  • Provide copy editing and proof reading support to ensure materials are consistent with brand tone of voice and free from errors
  • Review and validate content through quality
  • Work with internal stakeholders to manage content requirements and vet outcomes

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Advertising or similar
  • 5 + years professional experience as Copywriter
  • Buckets of imagination and ability to think differently
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Excellent attention to detail, expert proof reader
  • Great communicator – can present ideas and thinking, liaising with other teams – product, designers, agencies etc.​
  • Resilient and adaptable. Can take on feedback, constantly reviewing and amending copy iteratively ​
  • Commercially aware. Able to understand target audience profiles and insights and incorporate these into effective copy.
  • Works well under pressure
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills along with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with small, cross-functional teams
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
