We are looking for engineers who can understand technical problems that our clients face while using our products and can do initial analysis and in most cases, solve the problem right-away. 

Responsibilities:

• The Engineering Technical support will directly interact with the Operations, product management and the core development teams.
• He or she may have to funnel some of the problems from the support to the engineering group. 
• The Support Engineer will have to understand how engineering solves the problems, and then solve it next time a similar issue is registered.

Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelors and/ or Masters degree in Computer Science.
• Should be pro-active, quick learner and detail oriented and have logical reasoning ability, problem solving and analytical mindset, good written and spoken English.
• Should have good knowledge of DFP ad server campaign trafficking priorities and targeting, key-value pairs, macros, reporting etc.
• Should have good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Should have basic knowledge of JavaScript.
• Should be comfortable using debugging tools like firebug, developer tool on web based browsers.
• Working knowledge of Linux, MySQL is a must.
• Organized and structured approach to tasks and should be able to multi-task effectively.
• Someone with experience in support roles in Internet-centric products and development will be highly preferred.
• Certifications in various web programming modules are desired.

Good to have:

• Experience utilizing NoSQL technologies such as Hbase etc.
• Familiarity with HDFS, Hive, map/reduce.
