Job Description

  • Oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
  • Handle online training logistics and operations
  • Maintain and cultivate a rapport with HR counterparts across locations.
  • Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions as and when required
  • Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development
  • Learning Management System: Develop and update course descriptions, curricula, and assignments in the Learning Management System (LMS). Apply learning management system technology in the ongoing design and delivery of all existing and future training programs. Use LMS to help initiate social workspace for Learning / Chat Groups for Learning / Blogs for Learning. Use LMS to maintain course usage and various learning analytics.

Required skills

  • Proven ability to master the full training cycle
  • Adequate knowledge of learning management software
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
  • Sound Organizational & Planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and in database software

Qualifications

  • MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Around 4 years’ experience in handling Training Operations in IT / ITES industry preferred
  • Experience in Learning Technology , Online Learning , LMS will be added advantage
  • Understanding of Instructional Design principles will be added advantage
