Job Description

We are looking for a marketing automation expert with experience with Pardot and Salesforce to join the team. This role will be an integral part of our sales and marketing operations team and will report to the Manager of Sales and Marketing Operations. This role will own the marketing database, day-to-day campaign execution and integration points to other CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce, CVENT). Additionally, this role will help in defining key metrics for evaluating campaign performance as well as conducting campaign reviews and providing recommendation for ongoing improvements.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution - 50%

  • Create emails, forms, landing pages as needed to support global marketing teams
  • Work with design team and vendors as needed for creation of custom assets
  • Manage all campaign completion actions and CRM integration points to ensure high data quality across CRM
  • Identify areas to streamline and improve campaign operations
  • Share expertise with colleagues to help educate the team on marketing automation best practices

Analysis and Reporting – 25%

  • Help define key metrics for measuring campaign and channel performance
  • Work closely with marketing teams (content, PR, events) to align on KPIs and ensure that mechanisms are in place to measure campaign performance
  • Work with teams to perform campaign reporting and analysis
Data Management/Operations – 25%
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing Operations Manager to ensure consistent standards across CRM
  • Own data quality and maintenance with a focus on marketing initiatives and make recommendations for ongoing improvements
  • Be able to identify areas for automation and implement solutions
  • Audit database as needed to maintain usability and general organization

Requirements:


  • Pardot Certification (Specialist or Consultant)
  • 2-4 years of marketing automation marketing experience in a B2B technology company
  • 1-2 years Salesforce.com Experience (Basic Reports, Basic understand of the data model, Lead, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities etc.)
  • Strong analytics skills
  • Attention to detail and an eye for quality
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills a must

Preferred Skills:

  • Google Analytics Certification
  • Salesforce Admin Certification
  • Experience with CSS and HTML
  • Experience creating campaign attribution models
