Job Description

PubMatic is immediately hiring an experienced Product Director to drive mobile monetization for our
team in Redwood City.

This person will work with key members of the product management, business, and engineering organizations to develop strategies, technologies, and tactics to optimize programmatic performance across all types of mobile inventory, including in-app, mobile Web, mobile Video, and Native.  

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in ad technology, with recent relevant experience specifically in mobile monetization strategies and technologies, including:

  • RTB, PMP and related programmatic technologies as applied specifically to mobile
  • Mobile ad formats including Display, Rich Media, Video and Native
  • Mobile targeting, cross-device strategies, etc.
  • Location-based and geo-oriented technologies
  • Demand sourcing and integration priorities for mobile monetization
  • Mobile app, SDK and developer solutions

The ideal candidate should have a background in an area such as product management, product strategy, revenue optimization, yield analysis and optimization, or similar. 

Strong quantitative and data-driven analytical skills are a must, as well as solid communication and people skills.  Extensive industry relationships with a network of relevant mobile and programmatic contacts are a plus.
