Job Description

 

  • Oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals.
  • Handle classroom & online training logistics and operations.
  •  Maintain and cultivate a rapport with HR counterparts across locations.
  • Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions as and when required.
  • Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development.
  • Learning Management System: Develop and update course descriptions, curricula, and assignments in the Learning Management System (LMS). Apply learning management system technology in the ongoing design and delivery of all existing and future training programs. Use LMS to help initiate social workspace for Learning / Chat Groups for Learning / Blogs for Learning. Use LMS to maintain course usage and various learning analytics.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Ability to master the full training cycle.
  • Adequate knowledge of learning management software.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.
  • Sound Organizational, Planning & Prioritizing Skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and in database software.
  • MBA HR from a recognized University.
  • Approximately 1-3 years of experience in L&D in IT / ITES Industry
  • Experience in Learning Coordination, Learning Technology,Online Learning,LMS will be added advantage.
