•              Able to lead the project from start to end
•              Performs quality checks of team's output to ensure high standard of quality.
•              Identifies problems and works towards effective conflict resolution within team      members
•              Provides inputs in the appraisal process for his/her team members
•              Should have deep understanding of domain and project and should be able to give inputs and recommendations to the team to develop the automation framework.
•              Should be able to communicate with different stakeholders like Product, Engineering development leads to understand business requirements and plan accordingly.
•              Should possess strong programming and problem solving skills. Python language preferred.
•              Good experience into automation framework development both UI and API.
•              Should possess strong database knowledge. MYSQL preferred.
•              Good exposure to performance testing using any tool.
 

BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
