• Design, implement and monitor enterprise-grade secure fault-tolerant infrastructure
• Build infrastructure automation tools and frameworks leveraging Docker, Kubernetes
• Continuously evaluate and identify current system bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve the scalability of our infrastructure for continuous growth.
• Work with extended teams to manage systems and infrastructure required for ongoing development and releases
• Integrate newly developed and existing applications into private, public and hybrid cloud environments
• Automate deployment pipelines in a scalable, secure and reliable manner
• Leverage application monitoring tools to troubleshoot and diagnose environment issues
• Have a culture of automation where any repetitive work is automated
• Help grow the team by mentoring and interviewing other talented engineers that want to join us
• Participate in software design meetings and write technical design documents.
• Development of the product / modules independently.
• Responsible for writing unit test, integration test, re-factoring & documentation. Understand & maintain existing code-base by regular re-factoring and applying requested fixes and features.
• Experience of working within a fast-paced Agile development process.
• Maintain application stability by monitoring key metrics and improving code base accordingly.
• Troubleshoot complex issues discovered in-house as well as in customer environments
• Should be flexible to learn new technology / required frameworks.
• Recommending, planning and executing upgrades / improvements to the software and infrastructure

• 1-5years of hands-on experience in software development
• Significant programming experience in one or more languages (i.e., python, go lang, java)
• Should have excellent knowledge of OOPS Concept and knowledge as well as hands-on experience of any of the scripting languages like PHP, Python, Shell etc.
• Should have good knowledge of databases preferably MySQL and nice to have knowledge of NoSql Dbs like MongoDB etc.
• Should have knowledge/experience of writing optimal DB queries specially in case of large datasets
• Should have good knowledge of Data Structures
• Good knowledge of Unix OS is preferred
• Familiarity with Test Driven Development, code re-factoring, code reviews, continuous integration/delivery and Agile development practices
• Should have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good to have experience with various managed and self-hosted CI/CD tooling (Jenkins)
• Proficient with SCM (source code management / versioning) tools like Git
• Good to have experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with evaluating and applying new technologies and applying the right tool for the right job
• Sound knowledge on System Administration, Web/App Administration, Scripting, DB concepts, Network and Security
• Automation experience (scripting)
• Ability to implement effective monitoring and alerting
• In-depth knowledge of build/release systems and process
• Should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (CS / IT/ EE / E&TC) or Master’s degree in Computer Science (MCS / MCA) from well- known Institutes / Universities.
