Job Description

Associate Director for Customer Success Operations is a key member of PubMatic’s Go-To-Market Team. Taking responsibility for driving the success of publisher monetization across the region by partnering with a team of Customer Success Managers and Customer Success Operation Managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team; iterating and executing the market strategy, managing Operations Account Management to deliver against key revenue and market share objectives. Candidates for this position will have demonstrable experience of combining creative thinking with factual analysis and data to develop appropriate strategies to ensure that publishers achieve their desired results.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Customer Success Operations Team to onboard, optimize and exceed quarterly revenue goals
  • Work within a Regional and Global organization structure, improving efficiency to achieve business objectives
  • Maintain accounts on the PubMatic growth POD until team expands
  • Ensure best in class customer service and operations management
  • Identify process and operational efficiencies to drive increased customer satisfaction
  • Guide the operations management team to deliver service excellence and consultative support for publisher strategy
  • Use critical thinking and analysis to discover growth opportunities and to resolve business obstacles
  • Maintain a deep understanding of all PubMatic products and roadmap for the purposes of upselling existing clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and team leaders to inform product alignment for account growth
  • Partner with Ad Solutions team to drive successful pairing of media buyer campaigns to publisher inventory

Qualifications

  • Knowledge in RTB/PMP, Header Bidding/Wrapper and various ad formats/ad platforms is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL and other Database tools is a plus
  • Experience using complex datasets to track performance trends, identify anomalies and their root causes
  • Ad Trafficking exposure using Ad Servers such as DFP, Springserve, Xandr and Pública
  • The candidate for this position should be proactive, respond positively and actively to challenge and under pressure
  • We are looking for a thought leader with the ability to motivate people in the process of getting things done
  • Extensive experience in online advertising and specifically display & video advertising
  • People management experience with proven success in team-building skills
  • Ability to present persuasive arguments to support recommendations internally and externally
  • Ability to communicate effectively to a Director and C-level audience
