Job Description

The Creative Coordinator will work closely with the VP, Brand & Creative Services and Web Manager to support the Creative team and assist in the day to day of online and offline Creative projects. The role is Remote in May, and will be on a Hybrid schedule (2 days a week in-office) starting June. The role is a 6-7 month contract, with potential to be converted to full-time. This is a part-time, hourly role (availability during the day preferred).

  • This is a support role acting as liaison between creative team & PubMatic's internal department
  • Intermediate level (5-7yrs of experience)
  • Must have transferable skills – (Asana) - project management experience/interest in project management
  • Strong interest and intermediate skills in design (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Canva)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with project requests from concept to completion and act as the liaison between the Creative team and other internal departments
  • Work with the VP, Brand & Creative Services to assign projects to designers based on skill sets
  • Monitor progress of projects including overseeing Creative Team’s workload
  • Create, input, and close out project records in the team project management system
  • Coordinate meetings with internal clients and production partners for digital/social campaigns, event creatives, etc.
  • Work in tandem with the Communication team and Regional Marketing leads to coordinate production, emails, social cards, corporate signatures, etc.
  • Work as a liaison between outside vendors and Creative teams for production needs
  • QC all elements prior to delivery to ensure they meet client expectations and follow brand guidelines
  • Assist with third-party vendor approval and onboarding process
  • Create production timelines, tracks invoices and contracts
  • Ideally, you have hands-on design skills and you'll be responsible for building designs in InDesign, Photoshop and Canva using existing templates

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of previous experience in a creative, account or media operations/management role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast paced environment
  • Proactive and collaborative team member
  • Strong sense of design with strong organizational skills
  • Hands-on design skills; experience with Photoshop and InDesign a major plus!

Return to Office: PubMatic employees throughout the global have returned to our offices via a hybrid work schedule (3 days “in office” and 2 days “working remotely”) that is intended to maximize collaboration, innovation, and productivity among teams and across functions.  All PubMatic employees in the US and India are required to be fully vaccinated to return to our offices.  Covid-19 boosters are not required at this point in time.
