Job Description

The Junior Associate - HR will work closely with a small team of HR professionals at PubMatic India. This role entails providing HR support to the organization by taking ownership of various administrative and coordination tasks necessary for the successful running of HR processes and initiatives. This will be a direct contract position reporting to a senior member of the HRBP team. 

Specific job responsibilities would require you to:

  • Assist in managing new hire onboarding process.
  • Support the team in conceptualizing and executing employee social and recreational activities throughout the year.
  • Support in creation of recurring HR content.
  • Provide support in administering the Rewards & Recognition program.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports/ data for the processes you support.
  • Assist the team in implementing various HR initiatives across the organization.
  • Provide constructive feedback from time to time regarding various HR processes.
  • Complete ad-hoc assignments or tasks with minimum assistance.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
    • Basic understanding of general HR policies and procedures
    • Proficiency in MS Office - especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
    • Ability to multi-task - prioritize and execute on multiple and competing deliverables
    • Ability to work in a collaborative environment
    • Creativity and passion to constantly learn, grow and contribute

    Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR function of a tech company
    • MBA/ PGDM with HR Specialization

      Return to Office: PubMatic employees throughout the global have returned to our offices via a hybrid work schedule (3 days “in office” and 2 days “working remotely”) that is intended to maximize collaboration, innovation, and productivity among teams and across functions. All PubMatic employees in the US and India are required to be fully vaccinated to return to our offices. Covid-19 boosters are not required at this point in time.
