Job Description

The Digital Content Producer will work with the Creative and Web Development teams to keep the PubMatic websites current, implement new features/updates to the website, and be responsible for timely execution of digital projects. They will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that website content and functionality is accurate and up-to-date; plan and build effective, engaging on-brand website content, imagery, and multimedia optimized for search and user experience; and support design and development of new pages and microsites that leverage best practices and meet accessibility requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to a cross-functional Creative and Marketing team working alongside multiple business teams to meet the goals of the organization
  • Contribute to an environment where diversity of thought and experience is welcomed and encouraged
  • Selecting templates, components and modules, adding/editing content (copy, images, video, tagging, SEO) to compose web pages based on brand guidelines, stakeholder input and compliance approval
  • Utilizes analytics tools to continuously improve user experience
  • Work with development and other internal team members on project implementation and launch activities, including stand-up meetings, QA, resolution, testing, etc.
  • Responsible for timely execution of digital projects
  • Update project status on ASANA and/or technical tickets in JIRA
  • Collaborate with Web Manager on the global marketing and production calendars
  • Additional responsibilities may include developing workflows, providing detailed documentation as well as training for peers

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience authoring pages using WordPress CMS
  • Highly proficient with web languages, technology, and tools, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript 
  • Experience with cross browser/device requirements and testing
  • Adherence to branding guidelines, compliance and legal requirements
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and quality
  • Ability to troubleshoot front-end functionality issues
  • Prior UX and design production experience and/or responsibilities is a plus
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools and applications (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics) is a plus
  • Experience collaborating with large teams using outstanding communication skills in a confident and effective manner, both in writing and verbally
  • Excellent time management skills, with ability to manage competing demands and evolving priorities, juggling multiple, concurrent projects with tight deadlines
  • Ability work both independently and collaboratively within and across teams
  • Self-motivated, responsive and dedicated to driving success

Return to Office: PubMatic employees throughout the global have returned to our offices via a hybrid work schedule (3 days “in office” and 2 days “working remotely”) that is intended to maximize collaboration, innovation, and productivity among teams and across functions.  All PubMatic employees in the US and India are required to be fully vaccinated to return to our offices.  Covid-19 boosters are not required at this point in time.
