Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced marketer to join our EMEA marketing team, with a particular focus on sales enablement programs across Europe. This role is a full-time permanent role for the right candidate, and he/she can be based in London. 

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regional enablement strategies to drive consideration and adoption of our solutions for publishers and media buyers. The successful candidate will partner closely with the EMEA commercial teams and will have a talent for building geo-specific strategies against global goals, executing regional ABMs and localising our collateral. 

This role requires the ability to partner with cross-functional teams both within EMEA and across the globe including product, sales and marketing leadership to help define and communicate the value of PubMatic’s products and solutions for publishers and media buyers in EMEA. The ideal candidate has a strong background in the digital advertising industry and/or publishing space, and a drive for delivering integrated marketing programmes and plans that achieve business results.  

 Some of the things you’ll be doing include:

  • Owning the strategy and tactical execution of our sales enablement function in EMEA to empower our sales and customer success teams across the region.  

  • In this role, he will be a key member of the GTM Task Force and deliver sales enablement programs and assets to ensure sales readiness of the EMEA commercial teams for major product launches, feature releases and enhancements.   

  • He will be measured by the ability to educate and engage our commercial teams, drive pipeline velocity to increase share of voice targeting our prospects and customers.  

Responsibilities & Deliverables:  

  • Own the development of content and collateral to assist sales in driving business growth, including pitch decks, one sheets, product collateral, how-to videos and more for both pub-side and buy-side commercial teams 

  • Curate and package suitable collateral (including sales playbooks, competitive battle cards, presentations, best practices, decks, demos, etc.) while partnering with Product Marketing Leads and other key functions, especially on key launch activities and marketing campaigns    

  • Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that client-facing teams have access to the latest materials  

  • Coordinate commercial sales product-based webinar programs, including content development, execution and measurement  

  • Support GTM teams to understand the business needs and develop sales enablement programs to support sales readiness and effectiveness 

  • Align with product marketing and communications teams in all campaigns and programs  

  • Gather feedback from internal client-facing teams to continuously improve sales enablement initiatives and materials  

  • Define, track, and report on key metrics that indicate sales effectiveness improvements 

Qualifications

  • Over 7 years of direct experience in Product Marketing or related roles  

  • Strong copywriting experience essential  

  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to collaborate with many different personalities to establish strong working relationships with sales leaders, sales reps and account executives  

  • Recent experience selling into Media Agencies / DSPs a huge plus

  • Self-starter: You’re motivated and able to do work with minimal supervision  

  • Collaborative mindset: You thrive in cross-functional environments and easily partner with diverse marketing and client team members  

  • Familiarity with marketing and brand campaigns  

  • Startup and growth-orientated business experience  

  • Good knowledge of PC with Microsoft Office 365 applications knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint) as well as Highspot, Asana, Pardot, Salesforce.
