We are urgently hiring for a Desktop Support Technician / Desktop Support Specialist / IT support engineer in our New York City office. This is a great opportunity to use your existing desktop support experience and expand your skillset quickly!

You will support all staff across our 120 person New York City office.

Experience with Macs and Windows-based laptops is essential.

Ideally exposure to the following, but we can also train you on

1.       Networking (cisco)

2.       Systems Administration

3.       Netsuite

4.       Manage wi-fi

5.       Configure firewalls

6.       Procurement and ordering laptops etc

This is a temporary 12 month role with potential for extension. This will be an in person role 4 days a week.

• A people person, someone that is out on the office floor and not hiding out back managing calls via a ticketing system
• Passion for learning someone who figures out how to get things done!
