Job Description

Responsibilities
The PubMatic L&D team is looking for someone who is passionate about helping others learn and realize their potential while developing his or her own career in Learning and Development.

Key Responsibilities
•             Identify Learning and Development needs from Business Units and other Departments
•             Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors to develop training courses and programs
•             Organize training by preparing training logistics and collecting feedback
•             Monitor progress and completion of training courses and programs
•             Maintain training data in Learning Management System and other systems
•             Maintain training budget
•             Perform training evaluation, data analysis and develop training reports
•             Contribute to L&D department events & activities
•             Perform any other duties or tasks as needed by the Learning Team
 

Qualifications

•             At least 1 year of experience in Learning and Development

•             Strong abilities in written and spoken English

•             Good communication skills

•             Bachelor Degree in Education or an HR-related field

•             Other professional certifications are beneficial

Return to Office: PubMatic employees throughout the global have returned to our offices via a hybrid work schedule (3 days “in office” and 2 days “working remotely”) that is intended to maximize collaboration, innovation, and productivity among teams and across functions.  All PubMatic employees in the US and India are required to be fully vaccinated to return to our offices. Covid-19 boosters are not required at this point in time.
