Job Description

As the Advertiser Solutions Manager, you will play a key role in growing and managing PubMatic’s Buyers including Trading Desks, Agencies, Ad Networks, DSPs, Advertisers and new opportunities as the market evolves.  You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding PubMatic revenue and optimisation goals while delivering outstanding service to our buyers.  Being a market facing role, you will feed into our Product roadmap and strategy and have access to senior members of the business.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • As a senior role in the business you build relationships and act as a strategic partner for our existing demand partners across Australia
  • Work with Agencies and Trading desks to drive Private Marketplace and Automated Guaranteed sales
  • Building relationships across buyer functions including supply, campaign, operations & product
  • Proactively driving budgets into PubMatic’s Media Buyer Console in order to grow territory revenue and Platform Spend via existing accounts as well as identifying new sales opportunities
  • Sourcing and onboarding new partners in Australia (Ad Networks, Trading Desks, Agencies and DSPs).
  • Preparing, leading and presenting strategy meetings around revenue performance to buyers
  • Working collaboratively with Publisher Account Management to identify revenue opportunities
  • Attending Publisher quarterly business reviews to inform and educate on strategy
  • Attending appropriate industry events/conferences to effectively network and grow industry knowledge

 

The Team
Consisting of a mix of junior to senior Sales Managers, the Media Solutions team in APAC have a strong emphasis on teamwork, ownership, initiative and integrity.  We have a positive, proactive attitude and work professionally and collaboratively to adapt to the rapidly changing and sales focused environment.  We are responsible for driving the successful pairing of media buyer’s campaign objectives against PubMatic’s publisher advertising inventory and audience segments.

 


 

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Existing strong relationships with agencies, trading desks, DSPs & networks
  • Extensive experience in sales/business development in online advertising
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising & programmatic trading landscape
  • Ability to build relationships with decision makers & Senior Business Partners
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Comprehensive understanding in video, mobile & desktop
  • Ability to work in a flexible start-up culture with proven success in a fast-paced environment and under pressure and tight timelines
  • Be a team player and provide internal cross-functional or international support across multiple operational teams within PubMatic
