Job Description

As the Customer Success Manager you play a key role in on-boarding Premium Publishers. You will have top line revenue targets and are responsible for ensuring PubMatic exceeds the Publisher expectations whilst protecting their brand. Through active engagement and a consultative approach, you will drive value to your accounts acting as a strategic advisor and programmatic specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with a cross-functional teams for maximum impact and quick resolutions
  • Optimising, analysing performance & deliver value to the accounts
  • Travelling to client sites for regular strategic business review meetings
  • Maintaining day-to-day contact with our premium publishers
  • Managing and developing a trusting partnerships through the client life-cycle
  • Optimize, track and analyse performance.  Use original thought and analysis to discover opportunities and resolve escalations
  • Act as a tactical Client contact with premium Publisher Clients to deliver value to the accounts through recommendations, and act as a relay for brand control and escalation management
