Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW

To develop, manage and maintain the successful roll-out and execution of client campaigns and ensure the relationship with Machine and client is key. 

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Build and sustain strong and long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Work on TTL campaigns
  • Schedule and attend meetings
  • Ensure constant, consistent and effective flow of communication between Agency, Client and external stakeholders
  • Manage and control the scope and planning of campaigns across the team
  • Manage risk and have contingency plans in place
  • Manage and oversee budgets / revenue on all campaigns to ensure profitability  
  • Manage status documents, job bags, campaign costs and invoices
  • Manage effective and accurate delivery of final elements to internal and external suppliers, and ensure meticulous activation
  • Deliver jobs on-time, on-budget and continuously exceeding client expectations
  • Keep abreast of industry and digital marketing trends

Qualifications

Qualification / Experience / Skills:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing  / Advertising
  • Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
  • At least 4 years experience working in an Advertising Agency as an Account Manager.
  • TTL & Digital experience is essential
  • A good command of the English language (both verbal and written)
  • Excellent administration and organizational skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Strong leadership and presentation skills
  • Social media savvy
