Job Description

  • Ability to effectively plan daily and weekly field work activities for your sales agents
  • Ability to lead a team and drive sales through door to door and field activation activities
  • Ability to motivate and lead by example
  • Responsible for setting goals for the team and devising sales strategies
  • Setting and monitoring daily sales performance by the individual sales agents
  • Build strong team ethics and manage sales team performance
  • Develop and implement product and customer interaction training for your sales agents
  • Ability to recruit, train and coach your sales team force
  • Be able to effectively manage your time and operations
  • Ability to manage and build relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Ability to travel with your team to source new prospective leads and close sales

 

  • Basic Salary - R2 300
  • Travel/Transport allowance - Variable
  • Commission/KPI -  up to R60 000
  • Have your own Vehicle that is road worthy 
  • valid Drivers liacence 

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Position requires a Matric HG with a minimum of 2 years related field sales management in technical support/sales experience.

Tertiary qualification (degree/diploma) Business Commerce / Business Administration or Marketing would be         advantageous

Must have a Smartphone

Proven track record of leading a field sales team

Minimum of 1 year sales experience in cellular, internet or fibre

Minimum of 1 year’s target driven sales experience

Must have experience in interacting and reporting

Experience in working in a high pressure, fast paced environment

Demonstrated skills and experience in sales required.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel as well as computer entry and/or typing skills are required.

Familiarity with CRM and ERP software desired.

Able to work in a fast pace environment, multi task, with good communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Has the ability to prospect and identify new opportunities, gain appointments with key decision makers, and win commitments for sales.
  • Qualifies customer questions, effectively handles objections, and manages negotiation leading to commitment and asks for the close
  • Ensure customers understand the value proposition, features, benefits, competitive advantages and applications of the product.
  • Handle objections, gain commitment to buy.

Special Requirements

 

  • Demonstrated skills and proven experience in administration required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel as well as computer entry and/or typing skills are required.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP, VPP(Siebel) and OBI software desired
  • Must be able to work in a fast pace environment, multi task, and have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
