• Conceptualise and execute award winning creative ideas
• Take lead in “Tier 1” conceptual campaigns
• Lead and inspire Art Direction best practice
• Manage visual identity of a brand/ brands
• Interact with other agency teams/ divisions to develop creative concepts
• Create TV/content, social, digital, print, OOH and editorial layouts and oversee shoots/productions
• Ensure consistency and integration of art direction across all communication channels
• Responsible for seeing the idea through the creative process to final sign off
• Work to brief and show understanding and relevance to the target market
• Collaborate with other colleagues in the creative department – like copywriters, designers, animators, social media managers etc.
• Mentor junior and mid-level art directors
• Develop your professional skills on a daily basis
