• Ensure production systems are fully operational and all service outage is restored within the SLAs.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and detecting root causes for infrastructure issues.
• Work with tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Terraform, and Kubernetes for system operation.
• Automation and scripting via Ansible, Python, Bash, Terraform.
• Support upgrades and new deployments of the applications.
• Maintain the test systems, ensuing they are up to date.
• Identify improvements and product enhancements to continuously improve efficiency.

• Experience with integrating, troubleshooting, and identifying the root cause of issues in production/test systems.
• Experience with Nginx, HAProxy, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or similar technologies. 
• Good understanding of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript and Ansible. 
• Knowledge on Restful web services and data formats such as JSON and XML.
• Knowledge of SQL, the ability to write and execute queries and understand database.
• Comfortable with GitLab CI/CD.
• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer.
• Knowledge of AWS/GCP/Azure and Serverless technologies would be advantageous.
