Duties: Directly supervises up to two (2) shop leads who are responsible for all assigned Maintenance Section personnel. Responsible for vehicle maintenance planning and scheduling maintenance workloads to optimize the use of resources, including personnel, time, tools, equipment, and facilities. Prepares, analyzes, and briefs reports on maintenance schedules, production, performance, and trends across the department. Ensures effective enforcement of established policies and procedures, including safety.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Must provide a copy of the diploma.

Skill level and/or years of experience: Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in wheeled-vehicle maintenance and five (5) years of supervisory experience. Military experience and training in a maintenance-related field are preferred.

Licenses/Certifications: Driver’s license, preferably a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
