REO Capital also provides all Legal documents, PPM's, Proper Fund Structures, Proper Incentives in the PPM, & Proper Investor Power Point Presentations! These services go far beyond any other Capital Raising Firm.

REO Capital - Is selectively searching for only (3)  Board Members who will also participate in sharing our Revenues as a JV Partners in our Capital Raising Firm ! This "Expansion Capital" will be used to Open our new Miami office, and Open other Offices, Hire Key Employees and Retain Two Law firms that assured us they will Vet us 10 PE Funds per year or a total of $30 - $75 Million in Revenues annually!

Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION - For The Board Members who will support the work of REO Capital and provide leadership and strategic governance with a Buy In Investment to assist in future growth of REO Capital.

While day-to-day operations are led by REO Capital's- John Denes - CEO, the Board Members & CEO relationship is a partnership, and the appropriate involvement of the Board is expected with the attendance of 4 Board Meetings per year.

  Board Members /  Partners responsibilities : Leadership, Ambassador 

 Serving as a Board Members / JV Partners and also as a Board Member to the CEO - she/he assists with expertise in developing REO Capital's strategic plan
 REO Capital's business decisions; being informed of, and meeting, legal and fiduciary responsibilities;
 Contributing to an annual performance evaluation of the CEO
 Assisting the CEO in identifying growth opportunities & acting as an Ambassador for REO Capital
 As a JV Partner with CEO and other board members ensure that JV Partnership is carried out
 Serving on committees or task forces and taking on special assignments
 Representing REO Capital to PE Industry; acting as an ambassador for the organization
 Ensuring ’s commitment to a diverse board and staff that reflects REO Capital's growth.

REO Capital - Each Board Member will make a BUY IN of $250,000 each.   Board Members will be paid a Salary of $500,000 annually on their "Buy In"  and will receive a $2.5 million in total over a 5 year period or a 1000% Return on Investment for each Board Member /JV Partner at REO Capital ! 

Thus each prospective JV Partners / Board Members should have a solid leadership skills in Financial Services and a good financial background with knowledge of Private Equity & Venture Capital Industries to provide Guidance and serve as an Ambassador to REO Capital.

If a single Board Member makes a $1,000,000 "Buy In" into REO Capital then we will return $10,000,000 over 5 years to that Board Member as a JV Partner!

 Board Members / JV Partners will serve as an ambassador of REO Capital as a testimony to our Business Model, to represent REO Capital to firms that need our services.

Board terms/Participation
REO Capital’s  JV Partners/Board Members will serve a Five-year term to be eligible for re-appointment for one additional term. Board meetings will be held quarterly with only Four per year . We have structured this so that it will not be a Conflict to any other companies Board of Directors you may serve on! 


QUALIFICATIONS - For this extraordinary lucrative opportunity is for an individual who is interested in offering their strategic advice to REO Capital’s mission and who has a track record of leadership in Financial Services. Selected Board Members will have achieved leadership stature in Private Equity or Venture Capital or Hedge Funds in the financial services sector. His/her accomplishments will allow him/her to attract other well-qualified, high-performing Board Members.

Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
 Extensive professional experience with significant executive leadership accomplishments in
Financial Services, Private Equity & Venture Capital or Hedge Fund sectors
 A commitment to and understanding REO Capital goals
Governance, Leadership skills and a natural affinity for cultivating private equity / venture capital relationships and facilitating, and utilizing his/her network relationships with REO Capital.

REO Capital’s  Board Members will be paid a Salary of $500,000 per year for a total of $2.5 million which is equal to a 1000% ROI on their "Buy In" of $250,000! Thus ideal Board Members should be in Private Equity, Venture Capital or Wealth Management and be in a position of Leadership where they are familiar with Capital Raising for these funds and understands the Process, along with the Lucrative Fees that Placement Agents charge!!!
