Role Title: Data Modeler - Operational

Description:

• Will be working as part of the Analytical/Operational Data ModelingTeam
• Will be assigned to one or more of the project releases
• Will be working on new Data Modeling development, as well as updating existing data models
• Will be working on both traditional OLAP/OLTP and GuidewireÂ’s Policy
• Will be working both individually and with other team members
• Will be guided by experienced AmFam Data Modelers

Required Skills:

1. Strong Data Modeler background/experience, candidate will be
2. doing "hands on" data modeling.
3. Candidate will need to be experienced in OLAP/OLTP modeling
4. (both 3rd Normal and Dimensional).
5. Candidate will be taking direction from AmFam Data Modelers.
6. Candidate preferred to be familiar with Embarcadero ER/Studio data
7. modeling tool.
8. Candidate must be a strong communicator, excellent verbal & written skills.
9. Candidate must be able to work in a team environment and
10. individually.
11. Data Modeler - DB2, Green plum, Hadoop and Oracle

Desired Skills:

1. OLTP Data Modeling experience
2. OLAP Data Modeling experience
3. Database Design experience
