Job Description

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will provide project coordination, analytical insight in the form of digital campaign and website reporting, and hands-on execution of a wide range of digital marketing strategies. 

This includes SEM (PPC/SEO), online display, email, website edits, and other online marketing initiatives. The position will directly support Client Services and work with other Marketing team members to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of digital tactics.

Contribute in the planning, strategy, ROI evaluation, and hands-on execution of digital marketing programs

Assist in campaign set-up, day-to-day management, and reporting of campaigns

Support in coordination of search engine optimization strategies and in ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of SEO metrics

Execute website edits using content management system.

Analyze website metrics to evaluate traffic/behavior and identify usability and conversion opportunities

Provide project management support of digital marketing tasks and ongoing initiatives

Support in creation of standard and ad-hoc marketing reports and presentations by consolidating and evaluating data from online advertising platforms, digital tools, web analytics, and KPI reports

Monitor competition and research new trends in digital marketing to identify opportunities

Ensure that each project is delivered on time, with quality control standards, and meets expectations.


Qualifications

Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field.

Must have 2+ years of experience in customer facing role required

Must have 1+ years of experience in digital marketing (corporate or agency)

Must show proficiency and knowledge of natural search engine listings plus the following SEO techniques:

  • Broad keyword analysis and the selection of brand and longtail keyword combinations
  • Reviews key metrics across the full website to access the effectiveness of SEO strategy
  • Competitive site analysis to increase the effectiveness of on-page optimization
  • Optimization of on page information including page content, meta tags, h tags, alt tags
  • Internal linking strategies to disperse value throughout the whole site
  • Submission of sites to Google and Bing Webmaster Tools
  • May engage in inbound and outbound link placement
  • May verify and optimize business and local listings for top search engines (e.g., Google, Bing, Yahoo!) 

Strong desire to learn and passion for both digital marketing and analytics

Solid understanding of digital marketing functions including PPC, SEO, email, remarketing and website technology

Strong knowledge of online advertising platforms (Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Facebook), web analytics and SEO tools.

Basic knowledge of HTML coding and usage of content management systems (Wordpress/Magento a plus)

Analytical mindset with ability to organize and interpret data

Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint). Advanced skills in Excel.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and respect of both clients and agency team members.

Must be able to pass required credit and criminal background check and drug test.

Additional Information

Salary - $36,000 Annually.
