Job Description

Project cooridnation including but not limited to coordinating contractors, tracking activities, and overseeing budgets. 
* General administrative support including triaging email requests in the even the recipient is unavailable or out-of-the office, copying/scanning, filing (electronic and paper), creating and managing purchase orders, processing invoices, booking travel, etc. 
* Proactive calendar management, including effectively managing and resolving scheduling conflicts 
* Scheduling and coordinating cross-functional group meetings, often involving participants in different geographic locations and on different time zones; meetings are often held using video or teleconferencing technology and may require multiple conference room bookings and/or incidentals (e.g., food and beverage, technology access etc.) 
* Completion, submission and monitoring of Expense Reports and archiving related documentation; with ensuring adherence to Company Expense Policies 
* Support VP meetings and planning sessions through meeting minutes, action items documentation and tracking as requested 
* Handle arrangements for visitors to the Longmont site, including employees from other sites as well as contractors, vendors or others related to Company business 
* Preparation and editing of presentation materials, excel spreadsheets (including formulas and macros), correspondence and general communications 
* Establish systems and structures to simplify work for self and team 
* Other responsibilities as needed 

Education: Must have a minimum of 6 years’ experience supporting senior level 
* Biotech/pharma experience preferred but not required 

Special Skills/Abilities: 

* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc.) and SharePoint * Strong organization skills with demonstrated ability to track and manage complex information in support of decision making

Qualifications

Education: 
H.S. diploma required; BA/BS degree preferred
