Our client is seeking to hire an Operations supervisor who would be responsible for supervision and execution of one-off cleaning operations services such as post construction cleaning; floor washing, polishing & maintenance; carpet steam & dry cleaning; degreasing of oil stained facilities; fumigation & pest control services; one off home cleaning. The Operations supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the 100% customer satisfaction is achieved.


Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities include:

    Supervise and implement all one-off cleaning  operations
    Ensure that services are operated safely, hygienically and to contractual specifications.
    Ensure all cleaning operations are executed within the agreed time frame
    Ensure the proper utilisation of materials to execute jobs
    Have full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and chemicals and the use of cleaning equipment and supervise the use of such equipment and chemicals
    Conduct regular trainings for cleaning operatives on the professional handling and use of cleaning machineries and equipment.
    Create a detailed work schedule for each one-off cleaning operations assigned
    Manage relationship with all stakeholders
    Ensure that relevant documents, MOUs and feedback/job satisfaction form(s) are administered and signed off as appropriate
    Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of all customer complaints/issues
    Source for prospective clients for the organization
    Submit reports to the Business manager on all activities

Qualifications

Qualifications:

    Minimum of OND in any relevant course
    At least 3 years’ experience in similar position.
    Proven experience in leading a cleaning team.
    Understanding of various cleaning approaches and methods.
    Industry acumen and knowledge of external cleaning developments and innovations.
    Basic to Intermediate level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Package
