RealREPP is a full service executive search firm focused on the commercial real estate industry.  Currently, we are engaged on an exciting career opportunity with a well known, established  owner that has a long track record of investing and developing industry leading assets in the pacific region.  RealREPP is recruiting for a newly created position, Director of Real Estate Investments and this position reports to the Chief Investment Officer.  This position will work closely with the members of the investment group and have supervisory responsibilities over the firm's analysts.


This role requires the candidates to have recent experience in managing an investment transaction to close.  The firm is growing rapidly and will have responsibilities in managing dispositions transactions and also work closely with the development and acquisition teams on pending new investment deals.  The Director will be responsible for direct negotiation during due diligence including PSA, investment memo creation and research.

8 to11 years of total related experience.

Have strong recent experience with Excel and Argus.

Supervisory experience of analyst team is a plus.  

Must have strong experience in due diligence

Degree required, Graduate degree preferred
