Job Description

As an experienced Marketing/Brand Manager you’ve made your reputation as the go-to person with a sense of urgency and persistence for getting campaigns done successfully and on time. It didn’t matter if it was big or small, had lots of detailed parts, or on a tight deadline, the project didn’t ruffle your “get-it-done” attitude. Responsibilities

• Be the source and marketing advocate that shepherd’s business needs and projects.

• Be the hub for omni-channel marketing, while working closely with in Marketing and Creative Services, while collaborating with IT, and core business areas to translate and execute marketing needs.

•Partner with cross-functional teams to strategize new marketing opportunities, communications and drive revenue generating priorities.

•Drive marketing campaigns - Schedule and execute go-to-market strategies for new campaigns.

•Gather feedback and communicate to team.

•Analyze market data & competition on a regular basis

•Be the expert on our Real Estate needs and communicate changes and opportunities

•Work closely with CMO to creative solutions that help recruit and retain agents, a support franchise marketing.

• Work closely creative, digital marketing, PR and tech team to coordinate product content, assets and tools.

•Develop and deliver regionalized marketing communication assets for various regions, across the US.

•Communicate and report marketing objectives to senior leadership

•Lead flawless execution on initiatives for all programs related to the brand

Qualifications

Requirements

•MUST have experience and strong understanding of Real Estate, brokerage.

•Love the Real Estate business and understand RE agents needs and objectives.

•Proactive, goal oriented and positive attitude

•Proven experience in executing actionable plans

• Working understanding and full execution of email blasts and analytics / stats.

• Familiarity and ability to work in word press for updates and blogging.

•Capable of handling multiples projects simultaneously and executing to completion

•Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Can effectively work with all levels of an organization

•Ability to easily adapt to change and evolving organization and new market variables.


Qualifications

• Real Estate Experience is a MUST

Demonstrated understanding of product messaging strategy and marketing techniques to communicate

product features or benefits.

•6+ years in related positions with increasing responsibility.

•Strong analytics and process management skills.

•Prior experience in a large, multinational organization

•Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred
