Provide support to the CFO, executive management, and functional area leaders on a broad range of accounting, financial, strategic and tactical issues impacting the Company.
Responsibilities include financial, operations and international accounting. These categories include the specific disciplines of financial reporting and analysis, cost accounting, accounts receivable, credit, accounts payable and fixed assets.
Critical role in preparation and review of monthly financial reporting for internal and external audiences budgeting, forecasting and strategic analysis as well as driving continuous improvement.
Evaluates, develops, and leads improvements in the accounting, financial planning, reporting & analysis processes to ensure ongoing compliance with GAAP and an adequate system of internal controls
Provide functional leadership in the interpretation and application of technical accounting rules for the corporation.
BS/BA Accounting or Finance. MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus.
10+ years relevant financial experience. Experience must include a strong focus on financial planning, reporting and analysis in a manufacturing environment along with a demonstrated command of general ledger activities, international experience, mergers and acquisition activity, cost accounting and GAAP. Experienced in forecast development and tax background.
